Meets and greets members and guests at Chamber functions; represents the Chamber at community and business events; makes calls and/or visits to welcome new members; provides new member leads; obtains updates from the WCC Executive Director on the status of membership recruitment and retention; follows up on requests for membership information received by the Chamber Office; recruits new members; organizes new member orientation meetings.

Works with the WCC Executive Director to communicate Chamber business to the media via media releases; consults on all Chamber communications materials such as stationery, member directory, newsletter, meeting and event flyers, and website.

Works with the Programs and Networking Committees to develop event sponsorships

___  Networking Committee – Kim Deveney, Chair

Plans monthly networking mixers; secures sponsors and drawing prizes; coordinates with WCC Executive Director regarding on-site registration and other meeting requirements

___  Programs/Governmental Affairs Committee – Suzanne Turner, Chair/Theresa LePore, Vice-Chair

Plans monthly programs; secures speakers, sponsors and drawing prizes; coordinates with the WCC Executive Director regarding on-site registration and other meeting requirements; encourages members, through education, to participate actively in Local, State and Federal governmental processes advocating issues that may impact women as business owners and professionals

___  Special Events Committee:  Fashion Show/Luncheon – Judy Jacobs, Chair

Plans this 2^nd Annual Afternoon of Fashion which includes securing location, fashions, models, sponsors, vendor tables and auction items/drawing prizes; coordinates with WCC Executive Director regarding on-site registration and other event requirements

___  Special Events Committee:  Women's History Month/Giraffe Awards – Theresa LePore, Chair

Works with fantastic committee members to plan and execute this annual event which celebrates March as Women's History Month and awards a “Giraffe Award” to an outstanding woman of our community who has “stuck her neck out to break the glass ceiling”

___  Women's Chamber Foundation – Theresa LePore, Chair

The Women's Chamber Foundation is the educational and professional development arm of the Women's Chamber; primary functions include fundraising for the Scholarship Program, organization of professional development seminars and staffing the WCF table at WCC events
